It is a fun book. It is laid out in a comfortable way. Pictures of logos, handles, heat rings, and time frames are shown. Pictures are informative and easy to see/compare Text shows a disilled knowledg which only experience can provide.. I wish I had it years ago, I have been wanting to get into cast iron and cooking with cast iron however I was unsure of what I needed, how to care for it and exactly how it works. Each page I learned something, I was excited to learn all the things I always had questions about I also found more items I want to add to my collection and the recipes were a huge bonus.
